Return & Refund Policy (Little Monkey B)

We want you to love your Little Monkey B purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with any original packaging/tags included.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage not caused by us
• Final sale items (if marked as final sale)

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@littlemonkeyb.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refund timing depends on your bank/card provider.

How to start a return

Email hello@littlemonkeyb.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
